Well i thought i have enough skills and budget to open my own company and begin working, usually you have to graduate and work for somebody and all that. Actually the company will be a website design company (can be art related, unique idea and talent involved that may not be fullfiled by any other person since the design is artisitc and not replacble) what if i can find clients very quickly, I am looking for good lawyer in the New orleans that so i can take my case to court and change my visa status...
Can somebody first give me an advice if it is a good idea and if it s possible that i can win, and does somebody know a good lawyer (anywhere in the us because i m willing to relocate to give what i want)
