To make a very long story short, my (soon-to-be) ex-husband took explicit photos of my while I slept (yes, I WAS a very sound sleeper). I have found dozens of photos, negatives and 2 memory cards for digital cameras, but don't know how many he took or what, if anything, he did with them. I want to make clear that I never, in any way shape or form, consented to him taking the photos. I would like to know if there is any way he can be prosecuted, or held liable in any way. He is currently in jail on several felony (domestic battery) charges, and awaiting sentencing on unrelated felony drug charges in another county. I hesitate to open this disgusting subject with the prosecutors involved, because I will have more contact with them during the resolution of the charges mentioned above. I would like to see my ex punished, but if there's nothing that can be done, I'd rather not face the humiliation of having to tell anyone else (particularly my teenaged son) what the sick %*#* did to me.
