i live in florida and my ex neighbor gaavee my friends her mobile home free and clear she had it put in writtiing and had both forms signed and notorized by both parties!! now four months later she is back trying to evict my friends and take back the mobile home can she do this?

does she own the land the trailer is on?

how about the title to said trailer, ever recoded the change of ownership?

If the title was not transferred, it may end up in court. If your friend has clear title she should be good to go.

The mobile home park owns the land and there has never been a title for years!!

There is a title. It may be lost, however there is a titled owner. I suggest reading the VIN and checking with the BMV/DMV.

The park owend the mobile home and sold it to that lady without the title and she never got the trailer in her name but she did put in writing to the park to give the title if found to my friend!!

Then as the park is the titled owner of the trailer, they will ultimately decide who has possession, IMO.

The lady has her brother saying he has power if attorney of her and said she had no right to give the trailer away and they tried to serve a three day eviction on paper that wasn't legal and keep harrasing my friends what should they do? her brother has never been her power of attorney until this all started!

If they do not have title to the trailer, they can write up all the papers they want. As I said, if the trailer park owns the trailer, talk to them.

The park does not own the trailer just the property they sold the trailer to ms. *****n without a title and she gave it to my friends in writing and notorized! now she wants it back! ms *****n never had the title it's still in the name of the origanal owner who ever that maybe and the park lost the title while switching managers five times so do they go thru dmv to get a new title? and can ms *****n evict my friends?
