What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OH

Hello everyone and good evening.

I have a few questions to ask from the forum. I recently got my green card (which is still on conditional card) through marriage this year. Would it possible for me to petition my parents eventhough I am not a citizen yet? and would it take longer to process the petition if I am a green card holder than if I am a citizen? and what forms needed for the petition.
Thank you so much for the help.
