I need help, I'm going crazy!!!!

On October 3, 2005 my husband was arrested for violating his parole by traveling out of our county and being in direct contact with someone he is not supposed to be around. In 2002, he and his ex got into a fight. They have 4 children together. Details of the fight are that he pulled her hair to keep her from biting him, even she has admitted this to me. However he went to prison for domestic violence. Since he has been release from prison feb of 2003, he has been in no kind of trouble. he and i met in april of that year, and have been together since. These ex in-laws of him hate to see him happy so the tricked his oldest daughter to call her dad and tell him that she was scared and her mom wasnt home to protect them and she needed help. so without thinking he went straight to what he thougth was the aid of his kids. he was there with the kids and thier mother all getting along no troubles. well the sherrif showed up and arrested him for violation, because her mother called his parole officer. now he is back in prison, at CIM Chino. His parole office requested that he be release at the 10 day hearing, but i need to know what are his chances? Will he have to stay there? Will he more than likely get 12 months for violating? I'm so worried for him. I just want him home! if anyone has any advice or similar situations please let me know!!!!!

Good. I hope he stays behind bars. Your Gang Member boyfriend doesn't belong in decent society. He should have called the police instead of violating his parole. He knew he shouldn't be there, but he thought he was smarter than the law. WRONG! I hope the Chino and/or Fontana Police beat the crap out of him! Maybe a taser in the ass!

I'm sure glad you want to get mixed up with this trash. You're obviously not worth any better. Count his Gang tattoos jumping over a fence and go to sleep.

When the Chino Police or Sheriff "Smash Units" gets your boyfriend, it's all over. Thank goodness! The streets are a little safer.

Thanks for the advice! I have been to pision talk on line but it seems all the info there and stories are from a few years back but i do visit there everyday. As for you IAAL, I'm not cerain what I said to make you think my HUSBAND is a gang memeber but he's not. You can keep your advice it was worthless to me. I've seen some of your other replies to people and you are just hateful!! My husband will get out soon for that i'm certain and he will come home and continue to be the good person he is! I hope your not mean to your "BIG BUSTED REDHEADS" like you are to people in here who need some advice weather good or bad, with out the sarcasim that you offer people.

As for you IAAL, I'm not cerain what I said to make you think my HUSBAND is a gang memeber but he's not. You can keep your advice it was worthless to me. IAAL...This should be put someplace that others that you piss off can cut and paste....everyone says the same thing anyway...your opinions are worthless..blah blah...this way those that feel slighted can just cut and paste and won't have to think up a response for themselves...what do ya think?
