i need help-transcript

The director of my former Massage Therapy school is withholding my transcript. I am trying to go to another school and she is refusing to give me the transcript because she says she has a 30 day policy. Nowhere in her contract or handbook does it say anything about 30 day policy. It says we are entitled to our transcript and all of our student records. Another one of my friends graduated in February and she still hasn't gotten her transcript. What should I do?

Depends... What is the REAL reason that they are refusing to provide the transcript?? Do you owe the school money??

Think hard because JETX is probably right. Nowadays they will withhold transcripts for outstanding school parking tickets, unpaid library dues, or any other fee not paid.
