I need help!!!!!!!

my situtation is in 2 parts.1)back in 93 when i file for divorce i stated i could pay $300.00 per month for child support and it was done after paying child support for about 3 months i was called into court there i was told due to some fraud by my ex i am to pay $104.00 a month after letting them that i have 3 kids they told me not to worryjust do as the court advised,so i did.now it's about 7 years later and i owe over $14,000.00 this is because they had 2 cases opened for the same child support case.i went to court i was told that i took advantage of the system and i should of known better.yet i have papers that says $104.00 per month not per child the state att. office state there was a mistake but that balance still appeares on my credit and the balance is still there.all i want is to have that balance removed from my credit report.i can't seem to find anyone that can help me.
2)my exwife has taken the 3 children to germany with since she married a millitary person we both have equal custody but she has primary residence.they'll be in germany for the next 3 to 4 years then after that they're supposed to go to HAWAII.they'll be in town in dec. for about 2 weeks to be with their grandmother.i can't even try to fight for custody
because i live in a 1 bedroom efficientcy with my present wife and stepson of 6. since the above is happening with my
credit i can't get a loan to buy a bigger place.my kids have said they want to be with me and that their mother threatens them that she'll send them to me but i got no room for them in my 1 bedroom place.the ages of my kids are 12,13,&14 2 girls and a boy.if anyone can help me i would apperciate it.i live in leisure city,fla.any info at all would be great.....

Unfortunately.. you need to scrape up money for an attorney. They will help you with 1. As for 2, I presume she did not get permission from you or the courts to take the children out of US jurisdiction ? ... if so, get your attorney to file an Ex-Parte (emergency) petition to order your ex to keep the children in the US.. I would even ask that the childrens and her passports are seized and that in the even she does disappear, she loses custody.

Get an attorney and file to stop them leaving when they return in Dec.
