The other day I asked a question about eviction and how long it may take due to the building being in foreclosure here in Coral Springs Florida. There are several things wrong with the lease and I may get a 10 day notice form the bank if the property is not bought or brought current prior to auction. If a 10 day notice is given and rent is paid I will be on the street due to the lack of funds needed to move my family of 5. I cannot pay rent and get a 10 day notice so what I need to know is how long will eviction take if I do not pay rent and what the probability is that an eviction action will be taken with the property currently in foreclosure and not full of tenants. I have not gotten any advice from anyone. I need help. Please someone reply. Thank you in advance for answering my questions. Sincerely Mary Mills

You should take the leadership and go to find another place to live now while you have time. The alternative will cause you to have a derogatory reference in your credit, plus Florida has a tenant recommendation data base and you will be written down as an undesirable tenant, which will cause you even more difficulties to rent an apartment in the future.

If you don't act by yourself to care for yourself and your family, you will not be entitled to any sympathy.
