What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York.
I am 17 and she is 14. Pretty soon its going to be 18 and 15. I am a Junior and she is a Freshman we are in the same school and everything. What is the laws with this. We are not doing anything Sexual at all. We have been dating for a good amount of time. And what about parent consent if I got that just in case anything was to ever happen which im not planning on. I do not want to just break up with her because of the age difference if I don't have to. I will only do that if it comes down to it. Please Help.

As long as her parents are okay with your dating and as long as you do not do anything even remotely sexual, you are okay legally. If her parents say no, then it's no, and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. If you do anything physical that you couldn't do in the front pew of the church on Christmas morning with her parents sitting in the row behind you (credit cyjeff) then you are looking at very serious trouble, particularly if you turn 18 before she turns 15. That's even if her parents approve.

Doesn't change one word of the answer, just in case you were wondering.
