I need some advice

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

My old property manager was switched to a new company ( From GPI Management to APY Properties). I would always send my rent to GPI Management certified with return reciept and signature requested. But now the new office (APY Properties) is only a P.O. Box. I wanted to send my notice with certification ( I guess I can do confirmation of delivery ).

Secondly with the other company (GPI), I request my door to be fixed 10 times. Now I intend on sending a n ew notice to APY, is that what I should do?
