Guardianship Guidelines-My Father has Guardianship of my children,what are my rights?
I need some help!I gave my father Guardianship of my two daughters last year because he told me that he had already spoken to a lawyer that said didn't stand a chance if I tried to fight.He said that it was mainly for insurance purposes.I was very naive and did not know what I was really doing!I live in Missouri now and so does he,we moved from Florida a year ago and now I want to go back.What legal rights as their Mother do I have?Or did I make a BIG boo boo and give up my rights?If I did I did it without knowing it!My fathers lawyer told me that I was just giving my father more rights,not all of mine!If anyone can help me please do!
