my daughters fathers name is not on the birth certficate.
we are not married.
he is court ordered that he cannot be around my daughter in cali and flordia by dcf and cps
he is not on child support and has seen my daughter 5 times.
i want him to sign over his rights or whatever i need to do to get full custody.
he is in and out of jail her whole life with trafficking heroin charges.
he is currently in feds and gets out this summer.
he is calling me telling me he wants to be a dad now... my daughter is now 7.
he is a full blow heroin addict and i just dont need any drama

yes hes been in jail multiple times for heroin

i have one charge but i have judification withheld and never had a bad drug test
i went thru two years of drug tests i got arrested when her father got arrest when she was 1 1/2 shes 7 now

Well, you're a former addict or just a clever one who knows how to cheat the tests and you see no problem with you parenting your child. Why can't her father be allowed the same rights? You chose him as the father. You can't take his rights from him or force him to give them up. If he wants to be in her life and takes you to court to get visitation, you'll have to comply with whatever the judge orders.

Full custody will not do what you think it will do. Full custody just gives you sole decision making rights. It would not cancel his paternity nor stop him from getting visitation rights.

You erased the question "what is your state?" Where are you located now and where will he be located when he gets out?

DCF and CPS cannot court order anything. Only a court can do that. Has paternity been established? If not, dad can establish paternity. He can also attempt to be a part of HIS child's life.

He has seen the child only 5 times but abused her enough in 2 different states that there are no contact orders?

What do you mean, you live in CA and NV? Are you a transient?
