i'm in oregon
I need to know what my husbands exsact leagal status is being that he has an american social security card that is registard to him. He's been here since he was about 15 years old. He needs to go to mexico right away to see his mother due to her falling vary ill. what papers do i need to fill out if any that will allow him to go and come back without any problems, and as soon as posable. Hopefully within this week.
