What is the name of your state? NY, New York

I recently held a party for 2 of my closest friends at a public bar where there were both regular patrons of the bar as well as people that I invited to the party, late into the evening there was a fight that occurred outside and apparently the guy was badly injured. The police have contacted me and now even after I've cooperated with them and told them that I knew nothing of or about the incident, nor who was involved or hurt in the incident, they've subpoenaed myself, as well as my two friends for whom I threw the party. Not only am I to appear in court next week, but I was also informed that the victim wished to bring a civil lawsuit against me. Please help me!!! I need all the advice I can get!!!

(Please keep in mind that I honestly do not know the victim, nor anyone that was involved in the fight, or anything that went on before or after and I have cooperated with the authorities).

Advice for what??
1) Subpoena: Show up at the time/place ordered and tell them what you know.
2) Possible civil suit: Hire an attorney.

Wow!!! That sure was easy, huh??
