i am from sanford, North Carolina

i was wondering if it is legal for them to put a 16 year old in the same cell with two other inmates because i know someone who was in B block and in a room by his self than they moved him to a cell in D block with two other inmates in the room. plz answer me asap thank you

How old are the other inmantes. Has your friend been found guilty/convicted? Were the others convicted?

Was your friend put in a cell with other juveniles, or with adults? Was your friend waived to adult court?
