I live in Indiana. I have 7 1/2 acres with a mobile home. I bought this property 7 years before i met my wife. I am still making payments. My wife lived with me on the property for 4 years before our legal separation. During that time she never held a job. Is she entitled to a share of the property? Can she take part of the money if i sell before the divorce is final?

In order to sell with clear title, you need her to sign off on the deed. She is entitled to a portion of the equity in the property. Also, you can't sell property during a divorce without the permission of either the spouse OR the court.

It's not clear to me that wife is on the deed to the property. Also, it's not clear that the payments OP made on the property were with marital funds.
