What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
I ordered a bass trainer mp3 player on Feb 13, 2009 from a company called Digitlook and have not received it. I emailed them, I've called them, I've faxed them and have received one email that said that they would check on it. However, they never got back to me and I have not heard one word from them. I have all my documentation showing that they did take the money out of my account. Please let me know what I can do about this. Thank you.

How did you pay for it? If you paid by credit card, contact them. You can usually phone them, but you'll also want to make the inquiry in writing (usually, when you phone it in they will get the ball rolling but send you a letter that you respond to in writing to make it official).

If you used PayPal, start with their dispute process. Paypal has a phone number to call if you can't figure it out. Do this first even if you have used a credit card through PayPal. PayPal wants to get first crack at the vendor (you can always follow up through your credit card if that fails).

If you paid by money order or other methods, write back for more options.

I also did write them. I sent them a fax with specific details about my order. I ordered through my debit card. If I wanted to go about getting a refund I would my bank refund that money? I've emailed, called, written. Could you let me know more about what I can do. Thanks in advance.
