My divorce finalized in May this year through a mediation and we decided that we would keep our home in both of our names and we are both on the deed as well. He stayed at the house and I moved out since I could not afford it on my own. He Is due to receive a foreclosure notice and I am doing everything I can to save it. I have contacted multiple entities who can help us but he refuses to cooperate with anything that could help us save it. I have presented multiple options, which would allow us to keep it together or even on my own and he is like a brick wall. What can I do? It almost feels like he would rather loose it than letting me have it.
