I have a 6 month old daughter and I have a set child support payment a month which I pay. I have no set visitation. I have to go to church to see my own daughter there. I have never had my daughter alone not even for a hour. My daughters mom expects me to go to church to see her. We have never been married. I want time with my daughter like other dads have. I love my daughter! What can I do? I live in Lexington Tennessee. Please help I can't always be at church and then she claims I don't want to see my daughter.

If you want visitation and one parent says no.. then you retain a Family Law Attorney and file a petition for visitation into Family Court. The judge will then order the parent to allow visitation.
