What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY
I'm under workers comp. I have been through lots of procedures,
and was wondering, due to my pain and suffering, do I have a case to sue
my job? Or is that correct to do? If so, who do I reach? I live at times
in nyc and my medical appt are there as well; but I work in Purchase, NY.
Who can I call that can be convenient for me. I am still in pain. I need a
work related injured jewish lawyer to help me with my concerns.

Sorry to say but Work Comp does not pay for pain & suffering.....
Are you still off work due to your injury and are receiving TTD payments?
It does'nt cost you anything to talk to a WC AA....
