OK I WAS ARRESTED ON THE 16TH AT 1400 HRS. ACCORDING TO POLICE REPORTS FROM TWO DIFFERENT POLICE DEPARTMENTS WORKING TOGETHER.THAT DOCUMENT THE DAY & TIME OF MY ARREST. BUT AFTER I WAS BOOKED I ASKED FOR A PHONE CALL. I WAS TOLD NO PHONE CALLS NOT UNTILL THE NEXT AFTERNOON WAS I THEN ALOWED TO MAKE A PHONE CALL. IS THAT LEGAL? TO MAKE ME WAIT THAT LONG?
