I wish to petition for dismissal

My name is Erika and I live in California. Several years ago I was convicted of a DUI in Orange County. I have the case/doc#: 025M00441, however, I don't know how to obtain the conviction date or the code name/section number. I'm trying to get a copy of my criminal record so that I can start the process of requesting a dismissal.

Any advice where to get the above information without going to Orange County since I no longer reside there and am now disabled without transportation at this time.
