Hi; Did you see the three stooges story tonight? You do Curly very well! I guess I didn't phrase my question well. What I'm trying to find out is if I should say Statute 83.53 or say statute 83 part 53. and use the word (part).. Thanks

My response:

Just say Statute 83.53 (83 point 53) - - that's all.

Insofar as the Three Stooges are concerned, my family and I were very good friends with Moe & Curly Howard when I was a child - when they died, a little of me died with them. I really didn't have to watch the show, because I "lived it" (through them) and heard it all when "Uncle Moe" and
"Uncle Curly" would come to the house. They were just as zany in real life as they were on the screen; just a little older by that time. My Godfather was "HopAlong Cassidy" - one of the Singing Cowboys (God rest his soul), so we frequently had famous people at our home. I knew a lot of the early players. They were all wonderful people.
