What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia My question/problem is on two different probations one for a DUI charge in the city of Forest Park Ga. and another for driving on suspended in Clayton County Georgia and i would despertely like to join the military but i cant because of these probations i was wondering if there was any way i could get some info to get off early so i can join!!

You have more than just the probations to deal with. With two misdemeanor convictions you'll also have to get a waiver. Depending on what other crimes or traffic violations you've committed over your life you may be outright barred from military service.

Your first step would be to float the notion with your probation officers. They have a lot of influence on the procedure if it is even possible.
