What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin

Our business (corporation) did some business for another company. The work we did was from August-October of 2012.
No one will return my calls, and it seems whoever they transfer me to, their voice mail is full.

What is the best way of getting paid? It is for $7500.00. Someone told me to call the sheriff's department because this is a white collar crime. Should I do this or is there something better?

Thank you

This is not a "white collar crime" - this is a simple breach of contract case. Sue the bad guys in small claims court: http://wilawlibrary.gov/topics/justice/civil/smallclaims.php
