I was recently purchasing gasoline at a local store and an employee decided to take my personal info(phone #, address, bank account #, DL #, parents home address, parents phone #) off of my check while at work and call me. he was harassing me, saying he knew where i lived, wouldn't tell me who he was etc.. I filed a police report and he later called my parents and myself again. The company doesn't seem to care about this and just says, "what can we do"? So, what can I do? The company is liable....and they refuse to help me. So what are my options??
