identity theft and forgery

im currently in the state of south carolina and i recently got charged with ident. theft and forgery, the police got a search warrent and came to my crib and took my belongings. first of all they took a bunch of stuff that wasnt even in the search warrent and on top of that, the search warrent has mistakes in it, now they came back a second time with THE SAME SEARCH WARRENT just with an extra page attached with stuff they they wanted to take. all the people ive called so far say that the items sezied will be inadmissiable in court if it ever gets to that part. now every time they question be i keep this idea fresh in the back of my head, until yesterday when he told me i was going to be detained again, im already out on bail now they wanna detain me again, im not a flight risk, i have community ties and they denied when i asked to be released on PR.. now i dont have a lawyer..they cost big bucks that i just dont have. and im kinda shady about telling the court appointed lawyer the search warrent thing. now they found a bunch of evidence in my crib that could send me away for a long long long long time, LONGER THEN PEOPLE WHO KILL OTHER PEOPLE! now hopefully i can get most of the case throwout, someone advise me if this is correct and or what i should do next.

if the stuff was illegal or fit the very broad description of items mentioned on the warrant, then they could take the stuff.

Like, what? Spelling and punctuation errors won't cut it.

Okay .. they received an addendum or amendment to the warrant.

You're "kinda shady" about telling him? What does that mean? If there is a problem with the warrant then he needs to know so he can try to suppress the evidence.

Your bad for comitting criminal acts. If you weren't involved in the offenses alleged, you wouldn't be in this predicament, would you. So ... whose fault is that?

Only your attorney can advise you on what might be successfully challenged or not. We aren't privy to the reports, so we don't know. But, if I had to guess, I'd say that unless the address and description of items to be seized are way off on the warrants, then you should probably be looking for a plea deal.

well no, if the investigator knows that theres a mistake on the search warrent, ... i doubt he would like this very much cuz without the evidence that he sezied from my home, would be throw out, meaning he HAS NO CASE, so therefore im going to consult with a lawyer and confront the investitgator with a motion to suppress the evidence, then i would be left with the first 2 charges, oh btw, as it stands there are 25 counts of some bull**** that he wants to charge me with. lol hes even going to try and charge me with **** i REALLY DIDNT DO. Ive heard stories about him, hes clean n ****, he was sitting here telling me lies to my FACE. he pulled out a western union transfer paper with all my past transfers on it, he pointed to a name and said that was fraud. i started laughin cuz the name he was pointing to was my FAMILY. lol she accually did try to send me money but was a problem with her credit card and cash advance limits. he said he called her and said was fraud. lol scare tatics?? he didnt call none of them cuz if he did he would have found out that wasnt fraud. hes a real dick head and im going to be lauging at him the whole time, even when i walk outta court, if it ever gets to that
