What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

If a company changes their logo two times in the last 4 years, how long do they retain trademark ownership of their original logo? The original logo was never registered.

Prior to 2010, company used logo A. (this logo was never registered)
2010 thru 2014, company used logo B. (this logo was registered)
2014, company started using logo C. (this logo is going through application process)

How long can the company claim ownership/trademark on logo A?

a mark does not have to be registered to have earned rights in the mark. Use in commerce is what gives a person rights to the mark.

they always have rights in their mark, even if they quit using it as their company is still recognized by the older logos as well as the newer one. Using their old logo would still cause confusion as people will still identify their company with the old logos.

and just because it is no longer their "corporate identity" trademark, it doesn't mean they have abandoned the mark. Many companies have multiple trademarks with one being their main corporate identifier but the others still very much an identifier for their brand but used in other ways other than being the main corporate identity.

In addition to what justalayman said, some logos can be protected under copyright laws, too, depending on their design elements.
