Hi,My question is how long warrant is valid after court issue one? also how long you have to wait to erase your charge from record?If felony charge dropped to misdemenor,does it apply too?

A warrant remains until it is served (the subject is arrested) or withdrawn by the issuing agency.

Each state has different laws regarding when, what, and how long one must wait for attempting to seal, expunge, or otherwise remove a conviction. Most felonies are exempt.
