Has she been guilty of contempt before? How many visitations were denied? You should be asking for her to be responsible for ANY AND ALL court and filing fees and your attorneys' costs for this case, if applicable.

First offense will probably be a slap on the wrist, court fees, YOUR associated legal fees (but only IF you ask) and "make-up" visitation for the time you have missed.

In Alabama it will also totally depend on what county you are in and what you judge you have deciding the case. Listen to your lawyer.
