oklahoma. we are taking out keyman policy on our boss who is a dentist. If he does not pass physical, blood and urine test for policy because of drug abuse, would insurance company report him to governing board over dentist in our state? Are they allowed to turn in doctors who do not pass physicals due to drug abuse of some sort? Also, i have worked for him for 23 years and plan to continue. His behavior worries me sometimes. If he does do drugs, do i have any legal rights as to its effects on my reputation or compromising my job? What if i feel obligated to quit due to his suspicous behavior and even find proof of it? Can i be compensated?

The tests are VERY sophisticated and if he is an abuser they should detect it..

The results are reported to MIB in code form, but not a state license board.
