My first arrest for it.

This was my first arrest for domestic assult. About three
months ago, we got into an arguement, and she went to
the police station, and filed for a temp. restraining order.
The called her about 3 weeks later to see if she was going to press the issue or drop it, she had to go down there and sign a form to have the matter dropped. But then when I
was arrested they gave me a second charge, saying new
felony offense committed while felony charges pending against defendant. And raised my bail from $50,000 to $75,000. When she went down to the station to have the
temp. order put on, it wasn't because I was putting my hands on her, it was because I was tossing her light bulb collection, in the trash, breaking them. She told them, though, that I grabbed her by the throat.

What is my fiance looking at?

Hi mY fiance was arrested 5 days ago for the 273.5(A) and He has plead not guilty and we got into a fight pushed eachother around and they said I had bruses but it was just the pigmentation of my face and I am pregnant due in about a week! and I want some advice on his chances and he has never been in trouble before but he does have some traffic tickets he hasent paid but just got a payment plan arranged with the courts. is he looking at serious time? and can I help in any way?

A Dep Dist Atty isn't going to charge a felony 273.5 without a serious injury.
I don't believe your story. You make no sense.
Be more honest with your atty when you speak with him/her, or they won't be able to help.

Maybe not. Any woman and man who get into a pushing match a week before the woman is due to give birth are also mentally demented. At least we can keep them all in one place.
