What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Tennessee, My family and I were in an accident I was in the turn lane to turn a lady turned in on me hitting me the police said no fault because she lied and I have 25,000 coverage per accident will that have to cove my car our medical bills and our pain and suffering?

First off this is not the auto accident forum.

You have 25k per accident coverage for what? Medical payments? Liability? Uninsured motorist?

And what happened in the accident?

Your coverage is probably woefully inadequate if you are in accident.
Also you might want to check your uninsured/underinsured amounts, which are not that expensive to increase, but will help cover if you are in an accident and the other person has insufficient coverage.

Remembering that liability is to cover if you cause the accident, and to protect your assets, while underinsured/uninsured is to protect you from others.
