My wife is having an affair. When I first found out, I moved out. I recently moved back in but she says since I was gone more than 30 days I don't have the right to come back. Is this true? I don't want her boyfriend raising my children!

The house is in both of our names. No I don't want to work things out, I am going to file for a divorce. I just want to be with my kids & not have him around them.

Stay home and file for divorce. Kick her the hell out. Tell her you are staying.Worse comes to worse, move out and tell her I won't pay anything and let the chips fall. I doubt she will file. she wants to screw around and take your paycheck too...
