I need to find out the legalities before I decide whether I should
marry my foreign (alien) boyfriend.

So I'm wondering if he has to take on my past debts - debts that
I acquired in the past because my total debts are bet $8,000 -$10,000? :confused:

I don't want him to have to be responsible for my debts. :(

I'm not talking about debts acquired after the marriage but only
my debts acquired before we get married if we decide to marry.

Please help. Thank you very much. :)
