So you have a judgment against her? In what court? If you have a judgment, you need to go to the court and see what your enforcement procedures are, how long your judgment is good for, etc. Depending on if you have a judgment, you typically can garnish wages, levy bank accounts, that kind of thing, of course depending on what your state allows and where the defendant/debtor lives. If she moved out of the state the judgment was awarded in, then you have another thing on your hands. To do a wage/bank garn's or any court order enforcement procedure to get paid, you will need to know where she is living, where she is working, where she banks.
