In th state of Indiana if you post signs which state Not Resposible For Accidents will this keep people or their insurance company from having a legal right to file a claim?

We have a annual camp out on my parents property and we are concerned about the potential of claims or other actions which could be taken if someone is hurt due to no responsibility of our own.

Nope. You cannot have a 'blanket waiver' of an individuals rights. If what you are asking were true, we would have the 'waiver' plastered on cars, businesses, etc.

Then take ALL reasonable care in creating a safe and hazard-free place, and get PLENTY of insurance.
