ignorant? day late dollar short

I worked for a local municipality for 24yrs. Was sujected to politcal & personnal motivations constantly. Now terminated, filed suit. Served motion to dismiss from CSEA. Served second motion to dismiss from CSEA. Suit was filed against Town + CSEA(defendants).

Did I miss something? Why wasn't a motion to dismiss served fron the Town

I have an attorney workin on the case, but I get the impression sometimes I ask to many questions to try and stay abreast of my FATE. I believe she is tired of all the inquires. Going on five years now. "case has merit" Human rights-2(two yrs.), EEOC-months, 50h-months.

That's why I'm here to curb my medical conditions.

Told not to use internet: possibility of being comprimized
Told best not to use phone: due to logistics and sm. local private co. Possible
comprimization.

Told only to return in writ only,
Won't answer simple questions: Will H.R. or EEOC be listed as defendants?

Reply: "Don't want to reveal stratagies"
I don't understand strategies. I understand evidence.

Evidence: black & white-hundreds of papers, photos, audio,

ONLY draw back: They (defendants) are standing by statue of limitations to application/filing of complaints.

If you're not comfortable with your attorney, perhaps you should find a new one. It would be irresponsible for us to give you advice when you already have an attorney who is familiar with the (LONG) history.
