I was convicted of misdemeanor retail theft in 3/00, and given 3 months court supervision, which i successfully completed. my questions..

A). is the conviction still on my record, or, like a traffic ticket, did it come off with the completion of court sup.?

B.) If it didnt come off, how do i get it off?

C.) Do i need to report it on a job application?

OK, i just found out that its on there, as a misdemeanor conviction, and it reports that I received supervision, as well as a fine.

How do I go about getting this removed?

In Illinois you can wait 5 years from the date that you complete your court supervision and then file a motion for expungement (not sure if it's spelled right). That will either seal it or take it off your record completely. Like I said, that's what it is in IL. I went to court today for the same thing, and that's what they told me.
