Car accident injuries occurred in VA, state of residence. Health insurance coverage is out of Illinois. My VA auto insurance agents say I don't have to reimburse health insurance from accident settlement. IL insurance company has notified me they will require reimbursement. Should I reimburse Illinois health insurance, or not?
