MY NEICE RENTED A MOBILEHOME ON RENT TO OWN. WELL SHE GOT BEHIND ON HER RENT, WELL ON OCT. 5TH 99 SHE RECIEVED A OVERDUE PAYMENT NOTICE ON HER DOOR, THEN ON OCT. 21 SHE RECIEVED A EVICTION NOTICE ON HER DOOR, THEY WERENT STAYING THERE BECAUSE THEY SHUT THE WATER OFF, THEY TOLD THEM THEY WOULD BE THERE ON THE 5 OF NOV. TO GET THIER THINGS. ON NOV, 4 TH THEY WENT IN TOOK HER PERSONAL PROPERTY, PORCELIAN DOLL COLLECTION, KIDS CLOTHES , SHOES, BIKES, KNICK-KNACKS, HEATERS, TVS, VCR, ROCKINCHAIR, BLANKETS, FAMILY PICTURES, MANY OTHER ITEMS. THE MANAGER AMITTED INFRONT OF A DEPUTY, THEY TOOK THE THINGS BECAUSE THEY OWED MONEY. WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THIS

Your answer really depends on state law. For example in California, tenants have a bunch of legal rights when it comes to eviction.
