I rented out my mobile home(Illinois) to a young couple with a young child. They have already signed a rental
(6-month lease included) agreement with me and I stopped by the other day to collect the remaining balance of the security deposit and give them a copy of the signed agreement. While I was there, I noticed that the tenants had been doing some illegal drugs. How should I approach this issue?

CALL THE POLICE do not give them a lease, Immediatley goto the courthouse and see what you can do....

You have a duty to protect your property from illegal activities, if you are soft hearted and accept their apology, The police might arrest them and SEIZE your property too..

You have nothing else to do but get them out...do not go to work, .....
