What is the name of your state? NY
I'm a regional consultant based out of my home office. I recently discovered that I'm being audio recorded via program software temporarily installed on my work computer daily. I researched this software and discovered that it also had video recording capabilities and allows others to remotely view my desktop and me if they wanted to. I had inquired from upper management about any recording activities that I should be aware of to which they responded "no". Any suggestions as how to move forward? Do I have a potential case? Thanks in advance.

If you don't own the computer, the legal owner can put what they want on it. You should expect no rights to privacy on equipment you don't own.
