Illegal GA eviction

Name, address and phone number of alleged new property owner was false on both initial eviction notice and on the summons ... plus the dispossessory warrant was not signed. The magistrate judge ignored this and signed off on the eviction anyway. After a written complaint to the chief magistrate judge, an appeal was filed on my behalf but I was never advised. The appeal was filed on last day I was allowed in house. Now my things are in storage, my service dog in foster care, and at age 67 I am homeless ...
A court hearing is set for Dec but what are my options or expected outcome. There is no available legal help. ..

Georgia tends to be a very landlord friendly state.

As previously asked; what was the reason for the dispossessory warrant in the first place? If for failure to pay rent, the errors you cite on the dispossessory affidavit are very likely not going to be enough to dismiss the judgment.
