Hi Everyone. I just have a question. I know what they say about immigrating illegally into the US. I just want to know are there different rules/laws about when minors are brought across the border by their parents? My friend was brought from Honduras to the US by his father.

I couldn't say what the best thing to do would be, but I do know that something must be done before he turn 18 1/2 years old, if he wants to stay in the US (or ever come back, should he leave).
