ILLEGAL LEVY PROCESS!!!

Was approached by Deputy Sheriff for a search and inventory to satisfy a Levy for a judgement without being allowed the opportunity to file exemption paperwork. Contacted courthouse, they acknowledged mistake also that incorrect paperwork was served that Sheriff's office didn't fill things out correctly. Want to get my check back that I gave him since process was not done correctly, how do I go about such? Is there a deadline for filling out such? Was served Interogatory about 30-60 days ago and I asked the Clerk of Courts for such and was told by the Clerk of Courts that it was not necessary at this time that the paperwork would be sent to me before any levy was performed; which it was not. Also, is there a way to prevent any type of search of our home, to be completely exempt?

I find it particularly interesting that you made no mention of the validity of the judgment against you, just complained as to errors made in the levy.

Does the Judgment Creditor have a valid judgment against you?

The judgement is legit legally, not rightfully, we have been fighting the amounts for some time but have lost due to inaccurate legal advice and time frames closed. We have payments that have not been posted as well. It's been a long stressful battle against a shiester lawyer and dishonest businessman.
