Illegal Room-mate

pittsburg, pa - i have co-owned a property for 16 years. i have filed a partition of sale; but it is getting complicated. during this, i found out he has had a room-mate for the last 15 years. normally i would not have cared. but, now that it's complicated, what legal rights to i have to leverage this situation?
