i live in mo. i parked in a lot that was posted. i did not see the sign. after only 20 minutes i found my car being towed. i couldnt stop this with out 200 in cash. no signs posted fees. the receipt had nothing in writing about fees.the man didnt have co.name on receipt or the date. all cash business. do i have a case?:mad:

A case for what???
You parked in a marked no-parking area. You were towed. Assuming that any required signage laws were complied with, you now need to 'recover' your car from the tow and impound.
