Is it illegal for a company to get an employee of another company to steal and then sell that company's merchandise, via an undercover puchase, when the company purchasing the merchandise knows that the merchandise is stolen and that the sale of that merchadise, by itself, is unlawfull? And then, sue the company for the illegal sale of the merchandise.

I have a case hear that involves a very large company that the public would be suprised to know about. I am also looking for any experienced attorney's who may be interested in pursuing this on a contingency basis.
