I don't know if you remember me, It looks as though my GF is going to get sole custody. The kid's dad is on a campaign to ruin me and make me look like a horrid person so the court will tell her I cannot be around the kids. he is saying I'm a drunk. among other things..
I am going to see a court ordered forensic evaluator next week.
To see if i am indeed not suitable to be near her kids. I'm going nutty here. What can I expect? Am I doomed from the start?
we aren't seeing each other at present...and we never intended to get that serious for a long time. But we want to be the ones who decide if we make it or not...not her ex and his smear tactics.
I admit I used to be a partier in my younger days 15 20 years ago. but now I am a responsible, hard working person.I would never hurt a fly. I can certainly understand his concern, but this is pure revenge. I can't bear to lose her. she means way too much to me. she feels the same. they both went to this same evaluator and she recomended that my GF get sole custody. is this a good sign for us? bottom line what can i expect from a forensic evaluation as the other man? he tells them we want to replace him with me and that could not be further from the truth.
